New era of Central Basketball begins with elite training and facility partnership
D1 Training and Tiger Basketball have developed a unique partnership for the 2018-19 school year.
The Tigers began working with D1 Training this summer at the Little Rock facility over the course of a three-day strength and conditioning boot camp. Team members were introduced to elite training that would later become routine in their preseason workouts: stretching techniques, weight training, skill training and a variety of workout sequences.
Twice per week, the D1 family and Tiger Family come together, one day at the Little Rock facility and one day at Central High School.
Marshall Everett, D1's Head Speed & Strength Coach, and his paralleled commitment to excellence with head coach Brian Ross has helped the Tigers grow not only physically, but also emotionally and mentally, providing Central Basketball players with the most elite training you can receive in the state of Arkansas.
The Tigers will be working with D1 Training all throughout this preseason becoming quicker, stronger, faster and better athletes leading up to November when the players take the court for the first time this season.
